Justin Keebler, CPA - Managing Member

Justin cut his teeth in Big 4 and national firm public accounting at PwC and RSM before moving to the operating side — serving as CFO for multiple PE-backed platforms where he led acquisitions, managed post-close integrations, raised debt and equity capital, and built finance teams. He has led multiple NetSuite implementations and complex system integrations, giving him a rare combination of CPA-level technical depth and real operational experience.

That background shapes everything about how this firm operates. Justin works alongside owners and investors with the same urgency and accountability he brought to his own P&L — no junior staff, no handoffs, and a relentless focus on creating measurable value.
